House Rules
HOUSE RULES:
It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! This is a permitted short-term rental with the City of Los Angeles and we also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. All your guests must READ and AGREE to our House Rules prior to your arrival.
iTrip Los Angeles reserves the right to ask the Guests to vacate the premises with no refund should any of these rules be violated and unresolved. No refund of monies will be issued due to violation of the house rules, noise ordinances, or occupancy limits. Guests agree to follow any and all House Rules provided to them by iTrip Los Angeles, as well as any and all rules of the Homeowners Association where the property is located, and any and all City or County ordinances in the area where the property is located. Any and all legal matters arising out of this agreement shall be adjudicated in the city in which you are renting. ALL GUESTS hereby acknowledge and agree to follow all house rules, neighborhood rules and city laws and ordinances.
LOST & FOUND: Please note that all shipping is at the traveler's expense. There is a minimum $25 shipping cost. We are not liable for any lost items. Our team will do our best to locate your lost items after check-out.
NO SMOKING (Outdoors Only) $500 fine if any traces of smoke, ashes, etc found inside the home.
NO PETS
** NO PARTIES/EVENTS ** A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighbors and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined in the booking reservation. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance.
NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS
Guests comply that any actions caused by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines. If the Police are called out a second time, guests will be immediately evicted with no refund. Guests shall be liable for any and all costs incurred by Property Management as a result.
QUIET HOURS: City of LA Mandatory Noise Ordinance 10 pm – 7 am **
No Loud Voices or Outdoor Music are allowed during these times. Our NoiseAware technology will alert us after 10pm if you're in Violation and our local team will arrive to address the complaint.
City of LA has been cracking down on party houses in the Hollywood Hills. Any loud noises reported by neighbors or if police are called you will be charged a fine.
MAXIMUM # OF OCCUPANTS: (8)
** Total approved guests on booking only - VALID PHOTO IDS required from all Adult guests. All Outside Visitors Must Be PreApproved
The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. ** If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100.00 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid.
