To maintain the home, shoes must be removed inside and food is not permitted in the bedrooms. Guests are asked to clean their own dishes to avoid a $45 fee and to replenish their own basic essentials. Please note that quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Additional electronic appliances beyond phones and laptops are not allowed. Any missing keys at check-out will incur a $65 charge, and a $85 dispatch fee applies to any special service incidents.
