• Long-term Stays: Reservations of 28 nights or more require a Rentspree Application and owner approval.
• Important Notes: The owner is not responsible for noise or disturbances from neighboring properties or construction. A $100 refundable deposit is required for the return of lost and found items, minus a $35 handling fee and shipping costs.
