Dear guests, you are most important to us, and your satisfaction and enjoyment are very important to me. I own the complex and I live here myself, so my support in all matters.

1. Please do not smoke inside the apartments, do not throw cigarettes in the toilet.

2. Parties are not allowed, there are plenty of places to play around without disturbing anyone.

3. The apartments have beach towels, please use them to place them on the sun lounger by the pool and in other places so that you do not dirty the upholstery with tanning oils, etc.

4. Electricity is included in the price of your stay, but at a standard level sufficient for 99% of guests. Up to $3 per day in apartments A1, B1 and B0 and up to $4 per day in other apartments. For example, if you leave all the air conditioners open and go to the beach for the day trying to cool the Dominican Republic, the energy bill will be high and exceed the standard consumption included in the price of the stay. I can charge guests a deposit of $10 per day if energy consumption is above standard and exceeds the specified limits. I have the meter connected under the app I can show the consumption for each day or even for every 15 minutes. I would like to point out once again that 99% of guests do not pay extra for electricity.

7. Guests are responsible for the damage in the apartments, this does not include minor losses or normal wear and tear, such as a glass or a plate can happen to everyone and we do not make a problem with small things. No customer has ever been held responsible for the damage and I think this will be the case.

8. Showers are available at the entrance, please wash your feet from the sand when you return from the beach.
