The layout features three master bedrooms equipped with California King beds—two conveniently located on the main floor and one upstairs. An additional bedroom provides a California King bed and two full beds, sharing a hallway bathroom. Throughout the home, you will find beautiful hardwood floors, while the bathrooms are elegantly finished with upgraded tile floors and quartz countertops. To ensure a restful stay, all bedding is Pottery Barn or equivalent quality.

The heart of the home is a spacious, open-concept main living room featuring a 60-inch TV with a DVD player and high-speed wireless internet. Adjacent to the living area is a beautifully upgraded kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Guests can enjoy meals at the custom dining room table or gather around the kitchen island. For additional flexibility, a second living room includes a queen-sized sleeper sofa.

To maintain neighborhood peace, no outside music is allowed, and city code mandates no outside noise between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Security cameras are active on the property. A refundable $500 security deposit, signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.
