• Infrastructure: Power, water, and internet outages can occur. The property provides a water treatment system and a large backup water tank to mitigate this. Low water pressure may occur from December through April.
• Policies: No refunds are provided for natural disasters, utility outages, security breaches, or nearby construction noise. Traveler Insurance is highly encouraged.
