Perfectly positioned on a scenic street, this cottage puts you just a stone's throw away from the dog-friendly beach, local pubs, cozy eateries, and breathtaking cliff top walks, making it an ideal base for exploring the coast.

The property is designed for comfort and versatility, featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with a total guest capacity of 4 people. The sleeping arrangements include one cozy double room and one twin room. Please note that if the cottage is booked for only two people, the twin room remains locked.

Inside, the downstairs area offers a welcoming open-plan layout comprising a lounge, a dining area, and a kitchen with a breakfast bar. The kitchen opens directly onto the street, allowing the summer sun to pour in and brighten your mornings. Upstairs, you will find the bedrooms and the bathroom. In keeping with the traditional character of many Bay cottages, please be aware that head height is restricted in some areas, and the staircase and shower may feel small for taller guests. The stairs are steep and winding, which may be less favorable for those with mobility challenges.

One of the most special features of this stay is the small, grassed enclosed terrace located about 20m from the property. Situated in an idyllic spot overlooking the beck, this valley garden is absolute bliss in the sunshine, though access involves steep steps.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Dogs are welcome (up to 2 dogs) for a fee of £20 per stay
• Additional Guest Fees: After 2 guests, there is a charge of £15 per person per night
• Parking: No parking is available at the property. However, parking permits for Robin Hood's Bay public car parks are available during the summer months, and parking is free in the winter
• Minimum Stay: Generally a 3-night minimum stay applies, though 2-night winter weekend bookings are available
