Additional accommodations include a cozy queen bed and a dedicated children's room equipped with full-over-full bunk beds; these two rooms share a convenient hallway bathroom. For extra flexibility, the spacious living room includes a queen pull-out sofa. To ensure every guest stays entertained, all rooms are equipped with 46+ inch TVs, and the family room boasts a 60-inch TV and a DVD player.

Designed for seamless hosting, the open-concept kitchen and dining room offer plenty of seating for the entire group. The home is exceptionally family-friendly, providing a pack-n-play, a highchair, a booster seat, and both single and double strollers. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles in the driveway only; street parking, RVs, trailers, and commercial vehicles are strictly prohibited. This home is intended for overnight sleeping purposes only and may not be used for gatherings or events. Please note that pets are not allowed, and a refundable $300 security deposit is required at booking, along with a signed contract, guest list, and ID. For guests residing within 50 miles, an additional $500 security deposit is required. The property is protected by outdoor security cameras for your safety.
