AC/Heater - Please note that the AC/Heater is locked. The AC can be lowered to 68 degrees but, due to the high humidity it will freeze if put any lower. During late spring/ summer the temperature is kept at 75 degrees, however if that is not comfortable please contact me and I will adjust it for you. During the winter the heater is off. However, if you are not comfortable contact me and I will turn the heater on for you!

The Guest booking & staying at the property acknowledges responsibility for the conduct of all invitees and must be 25 years of age or older. People under 25 attempting to book this condo will be declined and we reserve the right to cancel any booking for any person found to be under 25 that has already booked.

• Check-in time is no earlier than 4 pm unless I have added the Early Bird Package to my reservation.

• Check-out time is no later than 11 am unless a Forget the Worm Package has been added to my reservation. I agree and understand my credit card will be charged a rate of $ 50 unless I have purchased and arranged the Forget The Worm Package.

• No pets and no smoking are allowed in condo W202.

•.Complimentary Wi-Fi and Cable Television Guest understands that we accept no responsibility for the dependability of any other service provider's service. We do our best to keep all routers and cable working properly. We guarantee that the service is paid for and that is all. Should the Internet go down once made aware of the issue we will notify the HOA and attempt to have the problem fixed.

• Furnishings –Furnishings are subject to change without notice. Furniture, bedding, mattress pads, utensils or any other property supplied with the rental property must not be taken out or transferred from one property to another. Loss of these items, as well as damage to the property or furnishings in excess of normal wear, will be charged to the guest(s).

• Linens – A standard supply of linens is provided in the property. Bed linens and bath towels, equal to the maximum number of occupants, are not changed during your stay. The start-up of bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet tissue, paper towels, and trash bags are not replenished, however, housekeeping service and other cleaning arrangements during your stay are available for an additional charge. Guests will be charged for linens damaged or which cannot be cleaned in the normal laundry.

• Guest responsibility: All trash to be put in a trash receptacle located next to the elevators. Premises are to be left in a clean and neat condition. Guests will be charged if excessive, non-normal cleaning is required.

• Guest has viewed pictures of the property and is satisfied with room decor, size, and location of the property. Guest promises to exercise care in the treatment of the accommodations and furnishings. Any rearranged furniture must be put back the way it was when you arrived. We simply ask that you treat the property with the same care and respect you would expect of someone staying in your own home.

• HOA security will contact guest to let them know if they have violated CC&R's and approved policies. HOA security will clearly explain the violation and notify all guests they must vacate the Sonoran Spa premises immediately. We reserve the right to terminate this Rental Agreement if there has been a violation of CC&Rs or approved policies and the HOA security has asked the guest to vacate the property. In the event the guest is asked to leave the premises by HOA security there will no refund of the rental fee.
