The layout includes two full bathrooms, providing ample privacy and convenience for up to 5 guests. For your culinary needs, the apartment includes a fully equipped kitchenette complete with a dining table, ideal for preparing and enjoying meals during your stay. A highlight of the property is the splendid private garden, a perfect sanctuary to relax, enjoy al fresco dining, or simply soak up the sun. Guests also have full access to the living room and a balcony.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Smoking: Zero tolerance policy on the property. Violations result in a minimum fee of 200 euros.
• Pets: Not allowed
• Quiet Hours: No loud noise is permitted before 9:00 AM or after 10:00 PM
• Fees: A municipal tourism tax of €3.00 per person, per night (for guests over 13, up to 7 nights) is applicable. Unauthorized late check-outs incur a fee of €200 per hour.
• Long Stays: For reservations of 28 nights or more, a €190 limit applies to water, electricity, and internet/TV expenses; excesses are the guest's responsibility.
• Other: Lost keys or lockout assistance incur fees (starting at €40 after 7 PM). Monthly periodic inspections are planned. Please note there are ongoing construction works nearby which may cause noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
