Furniture items and furnishings are not to be moved during Renter's stay. Construction is taking place near the property. It is Monday - Friday, 7 am - 4 pm. There is no construction on weekends or holidays. Keep doors and windows secure from intrusions. Do not leave valuable in front or on walkways. Owners are not responsible for items left at the property after check out. When possible, if shipping is paid by the Guest, owners will mail forgotten items. Renter acknowledges that the rented property is not childproof. Mid-stay housekeeping can be requested throughout the rental period. The Guest will be responsible for keeping the property clean and in good condition. Furnishings are subject to change without notice. Furniture, bedding, kitchen equipment, utensils, and any other personal property supplied with the property must not be removed. Loss of any items or damage to the property or furnishings above normal wear and tear will be charged to the Guest. There is no garage parking spot for Units B. Please read all street signs for street sweeping days when parking on the street. The Tenant is responsible for: A) No damage is done to the home or its contents beyond normal wear and tear; B) No linens or household items are lost or damaged; C) No evidence of pets on the property during your stay; D) No evidence of smoking other than outside areas during your stay; E) The Tenant is not evicted by Owners (or representatives of the Owners) or the local law enforcement We reserve the right to move your dates on your confirmed reservation or refund your money if the property becomes uninhabitable for some reason This is a non-smoking property! If there is any evidence or violation of smoking inside the property, your security deposit will be forfeited Renter acknowledges that this property allows absolutely no pets. Renter acknowledges that they are at least 25 years of age at the execution of this contract. Parties Strictly prohibited The maximum number of guests for the property is 4. The reservation is subject to immediate cancellation if the property exceeds maximum guest count. Upon check-in to your rental, please inspect the property and contact the Property Manager with any concerns Guests shall allow Homeowners access to the property for repair, inspection, or emergency. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner Trash must be placed in the trash bins on the house's side. Thursday is collection day, and guests need to take the trash cans to the alley before 6:30 am for trash to be collected. The Owner attempts to maintain the property correctly and in good working order. The Owner cannot guarantee against mechanical failure The Guest agrees to report any inoperative equipment or other maintenance problem to the Owner immediately. The Owner will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently.
