The entire space is freshly painted and nicely appointed with new decor. Sleeping arrangements consist of one bedroom with a King bed, while the living area includes a Queen sofa sleeper, allowing the unit to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. For your convenience, the layout includes 1 bathroom.

Prepare home-cooked meals in the full kitchen, which comes equipped with all-white major appliances, a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and blender, along with all necessary dishes, serving bowls, pots, pans, and flatware. The living area is further enhanced by a new entertainment stand and coffee table. One of the standout features is the very spacious balcony accessible via sliding glass doors; equipped with beautiful patio furniture, it offers a westerly view along the coastline where you can admire the gulf by day and the vibrant Destin nightlife after dark.

Location and Neighborhood: Situated within the SunDestin Beach Resort, guests have access to an indoor pool and gym. The property is ideally positioned to provide both coastal serenity and easy access to the local attractions of Destin.

Important Notice: The resort is undergoing an extensive modernization project from September 2024 through Spring 2026. Construction typically occurs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (including weekends if required), and guests may experience noise and inconveniences. Please note that the outdoor hot tub and splash pad are closed until early Summer 2025, and grill/smoking areas have been relocated.
