The interior boasts a great living area where you can spread out and enjoy movies or shows on the TV. For those who love to cook, the home includes a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials. The primary suite is a standout feature, offering direct balcony access, its own TV, and an en suite bath complete with a regular shower and a relaxing jetted tub.

While the home provides a cozy sanctuary, you also have access to fantastic resort community facilities. Guests can enjoy the heated outdoor pool, a fitness center, and a BBQ area equipped with gas grills for outdoor dining.

Located centrally, you are within walking distance of the beach, local restaurants, and must-visit attractions. Please be advised that Sterling Shores is currently undergoing improvements. A roof replacement project is underway with an anticipated completion by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project will continue through December 2026. Construction occurs Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (with possible Sunday work due to weather). Guests may experience sawing, scraping, grinding sounds, or dust, particularly during morning hours. We appreciate your patience as these necessary improvements are completed.
