All the Esmeralda Beach Resort Rules and Regulations including Mexico´s are strictly enforced and violators will be held accountable. Including, but not limited to, arrest by proper authorities, eviction from the premises, please see the following:

1.- HOA maintains a Zero Tolerance Policy on threatening or abusive behavior. Harassment or physical abuse of any person by another is prohibited. Violators of this and or the rules below are subject to immediate removal from the property.

2.- Everyone must wear their respective wristbands during the entire time they stay, Security personnel will ensure that everyone wears one. Anyone who does not wear a wristband will be asked to leave the common areas, if they continue to ignore it, the rental company will be contacted to evict them from the property.

3- No additional people are allowed to stay in the Condominium other than the ones allowed per unit type.

4.- No visitors from guests are allowed into the condominium or the resort at all.

5.- No music or loud noise that might disturb owners and renters after 10 pm is allowed in order to preserve tranquility.

6.- The underground parking lot is exclusive for property owners. This area is restricted to everyone else.

7.- ATVs, RVs, Trailers, Jet Ski, Motorcycle, and sand rails must be parked along the designated area in front of the HOA office.

8.- Esmeralda Beach Resort HOA and staff are not responsible for loss or damages of items, vehicles, and personal property, nor for any personal accidents that might occur in common areas or private units.

9.- Sleeping inside the vehicles is not allowed.

10.- Camping on the grounds of the condos or congregating in the parking lot is not allowed.

11.- Smoking is not permitted in any unit or any area of the resort.

12.- The use of any type of drugs or narcotics is prohibited.

13.- Fireworks, firearms, and drugs are prohibited by Mexican Law. Fireworks are prohibited within 1 mile from the properties.

14.- For your own safety, NO glass containers allowed in the pool area.

15.- It is forbidden to move the furniture of the pool area.

16.- Coolers are prohibited in the Pool area for renters.

17.- Children must be under adult supervision around the pool area at all times. There is no lifeguard.

18.- Swimwear is required to go into the swimming pool. Any other clothes are prohibited in the pool.

19.- The beach area is not our direct responsibility. We are not responsible for articles forgotten or left on the beach.

20.- Garbage must be deposited in the containers; it is forbidden to leave the bags in the hallways.

21.- BBQ grills are not allowed inside the condos or on the Balconies. A BBQ may be installed on the beach area for your convenience, please contact the HOA.

22.- Hanging any sort of clothes or towels on terrace rails is prohibited.

23.- Please use the designated areas for food and beverages (tables by the pool), it is strictly forbidden to introduce them into the pool.

24.- No pets are allowed.

25.- Any security or major incident must be notified immediately to the HOA, after HOA office hours please refer to the guard gate for assistance. 26.- It is forbidden to use the elevators with wet clothes, must be dry before using them. 27.- Please rinse sand before going to the pool area.
