For stays of 20 days, total included consumption ranges from 150 kWh for studios, 200 kWh for 1 Bedroom, 350 kWh for 2 Bedrooms, 375 kWh for 3-Bedroom and 500 kWh for villas, depending on unit type. Consumption beyond the included fair-use limit will be calculated separately based on meter readings and the utility tariff applicable at check-out.
