Escape to Villa Solfatara, a beautifully situated retreat in Alcúdia, Illes Balears, located just 100 meters from the stunning sandy beaches of Playas de Muro. The villa accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, alongside a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy lounge/dining area featuring comfortable seating, a dining table, satellite TV, and a DVD player. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where a third bedroom awaits, complete with an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony for enjoying the Mediterranean air. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure a restful stay.

Outdoor living is a highlight here, with artificial lawned areas that are great for kids and a private pool for those desiring their own space. The exterior is further enhanced by a purpose-built BBQ and a dedicated alfresco dining area, perfect for evening gatherings.

• House Rules: No smoking, no pets allowed, and groups of young people (up to 28 years) are not accepted.
• Policies: A fully refundable security deposit of £500 is required via credit card. Bed linen and bath towels are included, though pool/beach towels are not provided.
• Important Notes: In line with local energy saving incentives, all air conditioning units are on a timer and available for up to 12 hours. Eco-tax is not included: 2,20€ per person (16+) for the first 8 days, and 1,10€ per day thereafter.
