Each of the three double bedrooms is equipped with queen-size beds and an ensuite bathroom to ensure privacy and convenience for every guest. The interior is thoughtfully finished with modern decoration, creating a zen and warm atmosphere. At the center of the home lies the patio, a tranquil heart of the riad featuring a fountain and lush greenery, complemented by a dining room, a cozy salon, and various relaxation areas with sofas.

Guests can enjoy the outdoors on the sun-drenched solarium and terrace, which remains sunny 90% of the year, or relax under the shade of the pergola.

Perfectly positioned in the authentic Medina, Riad Colette is nestled between the Dar el Bacha, Bab Doukkala, and Riad Larouss neighborhoods. The property is just a two-minute walk from the antique dealers' souks—the most beautiful street in the market—and is roughly 20 minutes on foot from the vibrant Jemaa El Fna square. This highly secure area is easily accessible by taxi or horse-drawn carriage, and is located only 10 minutes from the Palais Dar El Bacha. Most guests find that the city's primary attractions are easily reachable on foot.

• Access is exclusively reserved for travelers listed on the reservation. For security, the entrance is monitored 24/7 by video surveillance and security agents.
• Moroccan law requires Moroccan couples or mixed couples (where one spouse is Moroccan) to present a marriage certificate upon check-in.
• Illegal substances and any form of sex tourism are strictly prohibited; violations may lead to immediate expulsion and legal action.
• Please respect local customs and neighbors; quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parties and events are not permitted.
• The guest is fully responsible for the safety of family members and children when using balconies or the pool.
