Designed for comfort and group gatherings, the chalet features 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include 5 beds in total: three bedrooms are furnished with Queen beds, and one bedroom contains two single beds, allowing the home to accommodate 8 guests.

Inside, you will find a living room anchored by a cozy wood-burning fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing home-cooked meals. The space is thoughtfully appointed with essentials to ensure an enjoyable stay. Outside, guests can relax on the furnished patio while admiring the river or utilizing the year-round BBQ for outdoor dining. For ultimate relaxation, a private hot tub is available for use from May to October. To ensure complete seclusion, both the chalet and the adjacent property are reserved exclusively for guests during their stay.

Located in the heart of Charlevoix, L’Air Marin serves as an excellent starting point for exploring a region famous for its landscapes and local gastronomy. Summer and fall guests can explore scenic hiking trails, visit Saint-Irénée Beach, or discover charming villages and art galleries. In winter, the area transforms into a snowy paradise perfect for snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and downhill skiing at Le Massif de Charlevoix. Nearby attractions include La Malbaie, the Pointe-au-Pic area, and the Casino de Charlevoix.

Please note that maintenance personnel may access the exterior of the property Monday through Friday, between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, for groundskeeping, snow removal, or hot tub maintenance. No indoor maintenance is performed except in emergencies to ensure your privacy.
