This level also includes a large, fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a versatile utility room that doubles as a studio with a double sofa bed. A convenient bathroom with a shower and bidet completes the main floor.

Ascend to the first floor to find the private sleeping quarters, including one elegant double bedroom featuring its own balcony and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and bidet. Two additional large double bedrooms also offer balcony access, while a fourth comfortable double bedroom is ideal for children and teenagers. These rooms are served by a large shared bathroom equipped with a bathtub and bidet.
