The Cabin is detailed with vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows in the welcoming living area, making it a prime spot for movie nights. This home features an immaculate kitchen with a kitchen island and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. The primary suite includes an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the home is further enhanced by an attached screened balcony and an amazing forest-view balcony. • The Cabin is located approximately 1/4 mile over the hill; please consider this for mobility and distance awareness.
• The Cottage loft is accessed via a steep ladder without a railing and has limited headroom; The Cabin loft requires stairs for access.
• Boat docking is not permitted at the private dock.
• The indoor wood-burning stove in The Cottage is inoperable.
• Air-conditioning is available in The Cabin but not in The Cottage.
• Due to the steep access road, all-wheel drive is suggested year-round and may be required during winter months.
