There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with sleeping arrangements consisting of two queen bedrooms and a third bedroom equipped with three single beds. The interior is centered around an open-plan living and dining area with plenty of natural light and comfortable seating, while the modern bathroom includes a practical walk-in shower.

• Pets: Not permitted ($500 cleaning fee for violations)
• Smoking/Drugs: Strictly prohibited inside ($500 cleaning fee for violations)
• Noise: No loud noise after 10:00 PM
• Guests: No unregistered guests allowed ($20 per night fee applies)
• Events: No parties or events without prior approval
• Plumbing: Flush toilet paper only; all wipes must go in the bin (NZ$350 call-out charge for plumbing issues)
