In respect to the neighbors, no parties or excessive guests to be hosted in the apartment.
We kindly ask that all garbage be disposed of in the garbage room located near the elevator on each floor. Please do not leave any trash outside the unit, as this is not allowed and may result in a fine of 1,000 AED.
Additionally, please note that check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless explicitly arranged otherwise in advance. A 500 AED fine per excess hour will apply for late check-outs without prior approval.
