This townhome-style residence is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that can accommodate up to 8 guests across 3 beds. The layout begins with a private two-car garage that leads into a practical mud room for boots and coats. The main level is a freshly updated living space boasting hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and large windows that flood the area with natural sunlight or provide a perfect view for star gazing. A gourmet kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, a breakfast bar, a Keurig coffee maker, and an insta-hot water spigot. On chilly evenings, guests can enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning stove or step through sliding glass doors onto a private balcony to breathe in the fresh mountain air. The main level also houses the large primary bedroom with vista windows and a luxury tiled bathroom featuring a semi-private, stand-alone shower with a built-in bench.

Local highlights include Devil's Postpile National Monument, Rainbow Falls, and the scenic 11,053-foot summit of Mammoth Mountain.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in is not permitted. No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the premises, and charcoal BBQs are prohibited. Please note that cable, WiFi, and cell service can be unreliable due to the mountainous terrain. Winter parking is strictly limited to the garage; please be aware of the 6' 11.5" vertical clearance. Violations of parking rules may result in a $500 fine per 12-hour infraction. Consumables such as oil, spices, and coffee are not provided.
