The layout consists of 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 3 guests. Guests will enjoy the seamless transition between the interior and the outdoors, with a private entrance that leads directly to your own private courtyard and outside dining area.

While the owners reside in the main house and are available to assist with any needs during your stay, the studio remains a separate sanctuary. You will find everything necessary for a comfortable visit, including a new kitchenette for light meal preparation and essential comforts for a relaxing stay.

Location & Neighborhood Situated in the wonderful Valley Village, this home is perfectly positioned on the border of Sherman Oaks and Studio City, placing you in the middle of everything. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, pleasant, and family-oriented. You are just minutes away from all major freeways, making it easy to navigate LA, and very close to great shopping and restaurants. For those using public transit, a metro bus stop is located within a short 3-4 minute walk. Free street parking is readily available and does not require a permit.
