Guests can enjoy a short walk to local favorites like Bummz Beach Cafe, River City Cafe, and Hot Tomato (10 minutes), or explore the SkyWheel (20 minutes) and Broadway At The Beach (30 minutes). The property is approximately 5 miles from the Myrtle Beach International Airport and 7 miles from Myrtle Beach State Park.
Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests must be 21 years or older to rent; a valid government-issued ID and signed check-in form must be provided by 3:00 PM on the arrival date. This is a strictly non-smoking and tobacco-free resort; violations result in a minimum $250 fee or immediate eviction. Parties and events are prohibited (subject to a $250 fine).
Small dogs (20 lbs or less) are permitted with a non-refundable $150 fee per pet, with a maximum of 2 dogs per room. Certain breed restrictions apply. Please return all pool bands at checkout to avoid a $25 replacement fee. Late check-outs will incur a $100 fee.

You must be 21 or older to rent this home. If we find out you are under 21 years of age you may be asked to leave immediately. At the pre-check-in phase of a Reservation, the Primary Guest is required to provide a photo or photocopy of a valid identification card, driver’s license and/or Passport by 3:00PM on the arrival date. Same Day Bookings are required to provide their valid identification card by 3PM or we can not honor the requested stay/trip.
Please note our pre-check-in policy. Failure to sign our check-in form and provide a valid government-issued ID by 3 PM on the day of check-in will result in the inability to check in that day. However, guests may reschedule their check-in for the next available day between 10 AM and 3 PM upon compliance with our pre-check-in rules.
NO PETS with the $150 per small dog fee under 20 lbs.
NO PARTIES
PORCHES & BALCONIES: No clothing, linens, towels, etc. shall be hung from balcony railings; nor shall they be draped over outside furniture. Porches and balconies shall not be used for storage areas and must be clean and tidy at all times. Only approved outdoor furniture is allowed on balconies. Violations of these rules will paid fines from HOA.
No unauthorized early check-ins or late checkouts without the $50.00 payment for each late checkout or early check-in. If any guest is found inside the unit before the arrival check-in time or after the departure time the guests will be charged fee of $100.00 for unauthorized time inside the unit.
