Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests must be 21 years or older to rent; a valid government-issued ID and signed check-in form must be provided by 3:00 PM on the arrival date. This is a strictly non-smoking and tobacco-free resort; violations result in a minimum $250 fee or immediate eviction. Parties and events are prohibited (subject to a $250 fine).
Small dogs (20 lbs or less) are permitted with a non-refundable $150 fee per pet, with a maximum of 2 dogs per room. Certain breed restrictions apply. Please return all pool bands at checkout to avoid a $25 replacement fee. Late check-outs will incur a $100 fee.
