This expansive 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom King Bed Suite is designed for families and groups, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements include one King bed, two double beds, and one queen sleeper sofa, ensuring plenty of room for everyone to relax.

Perfectly situated in the heart of "restaurant row," the resort puts you within 1-2 miles of numerous dining choices, while grocery and discount stores are located less than a mile away. Because of this central location, a car is recommended to fully enjoy the local area.

Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old. A credit card is required for a refundable security deposit (typically $250) at check-in. Please note that pets are not allowed. Regarding vehicles, motorcycles are prohibited from May 1 to August 31, and rental golf carts are prohibited year-round; trailers must be parked in the registered building lot.

As this is a timeshare rental, you are renting directly from an owner. You may be invited to a timeshare presentation, though there is no obligation to attend. Please be aware that while we strive to provide the best available suite, specific locations and ocean views cannot be guaranteed. During hurricane season (May to November), the glass enclosing the indoor pool is removed.
