HOUSE RULES Dear guests, We are delighted to welcome you to our beautiful city! Our mission is to make your stay an unforgettable experience and to live in harmony with the neighborhood and the planet. This involves several steps: For security reasons, we will ask you for a photo of an ID card with the same name as the one on the credit card used to book the stay. Otherwise, we will not be able to let you access the apartment. An authorization corresponding to the amount of the deposit will be placed on the credit card used for the reservation 1 day before check-in and released within a maximum of 7 days after your departure. Parties are forbidden, and all noise must cease after 10 PM. In the event of a complaint from neighbors or the police, the security deposit will be retained in full, and we will have the option to ask you to leave the property without refund. Any broken object must be replaced. If it is not reported, the replacement price and a supplement of 30 euros will be deducted from your deposit (with supporting invoices). If you notice anything unusual in the apartment on the day of your arrival that your host did not inform you about, send them a photo directly. In the event of lost keys, the cost of the key copy, the opening of the door if necessary, and a supplement of 30 euros will be deducted from your deposit, with supporting invoices. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. Any violation of this rule will result in a deduction of 100 euros from the deposit. Let's protect the environment together: Do not throw away your unopened food; we redistribute it to people in need. The air conditioning and lights must be switched off when you leave the apartment. The faucets, the front door, and the windows must be closed when you leave. Unused towels must be put aside at the beginning of your stay. Garbage cans must be sorted: one bag for food waste, another for paper and plastic. Glass must be thrown in the glass container, the address of which is available on the city's website. Any empty glass bottle found in the apartment or in the common areas of the building will result in a deduction of 50 euros from the security deposit. On the day of your check-out: Unless authorized by the person who welcomed you, check-out must be before 11 am. The apartment must be tidy. Please turn off the heaters, lights, and air conditioners, and close the faucets. Don't worry about the sheets; we'll take care of them. Throw away all opened food items. Leave the ones that are not opened and that you don't want to take with you in the refrigerator. Don't forget to throw the glass in the glass silos. If the building's garbage room is not accessible, leave the food waste bin and the paper/plastic bin inside the apartment; your host will take them out. Leave the keys where your host has asked you to. IMPORTANT: If you notice any discrepancy at the time of your arrival, please take a photo and send it to the person in charge of your stay.
