In accordance with by-laws #657-2021 of the Municipality of Saint-Côme, the following articles must be respected at all times, without compromise:
ARTICLE 11: OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE A LIST OF AVAILABLE WATERCRAFT FOR TENANTS (No watercraft supplied by landlord)
Where applicable, landlords will be required to provide a list of available boats to tenants, and incorporate this list into their rental rules.
ARTICLE 13: PETS (Not allowed at the Duplex)
Pets are the responsibility of the Rental Respondent, and must be kept on a leash or tied to a fixed point at all times while outdoors. Dogs must hold a valid license from a competent authority. Under no circumstances will a serviced apartment be able to accommodate more than 4 dogs at the same time.
ARTICLE 14: PROHIBITION OF CAUSING NOISE LIKELY TO DISTURB THE PEACE OF THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
It is strictly forbidden to produce or allow to produce noise that may disturb the peace of a neighbor or the neighborhood.
ARTICLE 14.1: PROHIBITION ON THE USE OF FIREWORKS
It is forbidden for the rental respondent or any occupant to use
fireworks, 24/7.
ARTICLE 15: END TIME OF OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES
At all times, the occupants of a serviced apartment must cease any outdoor activity that can generate noise from 11pm until 8am the following morning.
ARTICLE 16: CAMPING, TRAILERS, TENTED VEHICLES AND OTHER RECREATIONAL VEHICLES
It is strictly forbidden, when renting a serviced apartment in the territory of Saint-Côme, to install one or more tents, trailers, tents and other recreational vehicles on the land for rent, or any other land nearby.
It is also prohibited to use accessory buildings for the purpose of accommodation.
ARTICLE 17: NAUTICAL ACTIVITIES AND BOATS
It is forbidden for any occupant or rental respondent to put in the water, on all the bodies of water of the Municipality of Saint-Côme, their boat, rowboat, canoe, kayak, dock or any other personal boat, rented, or borrowed, with the exception of the boats provided by the landlord.
The next section is not issued by the municipality of Saint-Côme, but by the landlord himself and points must be respected at all times.
The Lessor may not be the subject of claims or legal proceedings relating to loss of use due to non-functioning of any device, furniture and/or other, including the SPA.
Keep outdoor noise to a minimum of time;
Parties, parties and gatherings that may disturb the neighborhood will not be tolerated;
The owner cannot be held responsible for inconveniences caused by nature or uncontrollable sources. (ex: Power outage, snowstorm, spontaneous spa outage...);
No compensation will be granted to the tenant for late arrival, early departure or booking error on the part of the tenant;
The number of occupants mentioned at the time of booking must be respected at all times during the stay. If an addition should be made, the owner must be notified. Additional costs may be charged;
The security deposit is refunded at the end of the stay after inspection of the premises, if there is no damage, non-compliance with the regulations, non-compliance with the number of people under the contract;
Any breakage or degradation must be reported during the stay;
Initially, the chalet must be returned in a good state of cleanliness;
Your dishes must be completely washed before you leave;
The Lessor assumes no responsibility for damage, loss, or theft with respect to the personal effects of the Lessee and its guests;
In no event shall the Lessor be liable for any damage, loss of use or material loss suffered by the Lessee, resulting from accidents, delays, costs incurred, injuries, death or events resulting from unforeseen circumstances or force majeure and/or beyond the control of the Lessor.
In the event that one or more of these rules are broken, we reserve the right to cancel a booking without notice and without refund.
