Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, the layout features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully organized to maximize space, featuring a king-sized master bed, a futon that converts into a double, and a set of twin bunk beds.

While the interior is compact, it is fully equipped for your comfort. The cabin includes a kitchenette and kitchen table for simple meal prep, as well as the convenience of AC, heating, and two flat-screen TVs to unwind after a day of exploration. Outside your door, you have access to a fire ring, a charcoal bbq grill, and a picnic table, perfect for evening gatherings under the stars. Guests can also enjoy the community's dog park, volleyball area, and the relaxing "boulder area" for family picnics.

Located just 5 minutes from downtown Kernville, you are ideally positioned to enjoy local delicious restaurants, quaint shops, and a museum filled with local history. The Kern River Brewery is within walking distance, and for those nights when you prefer to stay in, The Pizza Barn delivers right to your site. Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 3:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Please note that renters must be 21 years or older. This is a non-smoking cabin; smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited. A maximum of 6 guests is permitted. Pets are welcome with a $25 fee per stay (maximum of 2 pets), and they must not be left unattended at any time. Please be advised that due to insurance restrictions, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, or any aggressive breeds and their mixes are not allowed.
