Perfectly positioned on the southernmost edge of an open field, this inviting getaway sits right on the South West Coast path, offering an ideal base for those looking to immerse themselves in the spectacular scenery of the World Heritage Coastline.

This thoughtfully designed home features two bedrooms and one bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. The sleeping arrangements include a king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom, both newly decorated with fresh furniture and comfortable beds dressed in professionally laundered, hotel-quality linen to ensure a restful night's sleep. The layout is completed by a modern bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower.

The heart of the chalet is a bright and airy, open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. This space includes a well-equipped kitchen, a dining table with four chairs, and a relaxing lounge area with two comfortable sofas and a Smart TV. Glazed sliding doors across the southern end of the property maximize the wonderful views of the sea. Step outside onto the decked terrace, where a picnic bench overlooks the water—a great place for a morning coffee or a nightcap while watching the setting sun over Lyme Bay.

Located in one of West Dorset's prettiest villages, you are surrounded by 18th and 19th-century thatched cottages and winding lanes. Eype Beach, an unspoilt shingle haven perfect for fossil hunting, is just a short distance away. For local essentials, "Eype Eats" is just a few meters from the chalet. Further conveniences, including Waitrose and Morrisons, are found in the nearby market town of Bridport, just two miles away.
