Each suite is designed for versatility and comfort, featuring one bedroom and one bathroom. The sleeping arrangements are ideal for up to four guests, consisting of a king size bed in the primary bedroom and a convenient pull-out queen sofa in the living area. Guests can enjoy a full bathroom equipped with a tub and shower combination.

Inside the suite, you will find a full kitchen featuring a kitchen island, electric flat top, and dishwasher, fully stocked with all necessary cookware, pots, pans, plates, and silverware. The space is designed for gathering, with a dining table that accommodates four to six guests and additional seating for four at the kitchen counter. The interior is finished with elegant hardwood floors throughout, while the bedroom and main living room both feature TVs with streaming capabilities. Depending on the specific suite, guests will enjoy a private deck or patio for outdoor relaxation.

• No pets are allowed, even for short visits
• No parties
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside within 50ft or near windows
• Quiet hours begin at 8:30 PM; please be mindful of neighbors and avoid lingering at the entrance
• Exterior spaces must be vacated by 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends

For guest protection, security cameras are located in common areas and may record video and audio. Your stay also includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee covering up to $800, provided damage is reported before departure.
