The sleeping arrangements are designed for privacy and comfort: the ground floor features a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, as well as a second bedroom with two single beds and its own en-suite. The first floor hosts a third bedroom with a double bed and a private en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure a cool and restful sleep.

To maintain the serenity of the neighborhood, guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours; parties are absolutely forbidden throughout the stay. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are not permitted.
