No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is only allowed outdoors BUT must dispose of cigarette butts safely and responsibly to prevent wildfires.

No Parties or Events: Hosting parties or events with additional guests beyond the agreed-upon reservation is not allowed unless explicitly approved by the host in advance. Respect the residential nature of the property and maintain a peaceful environment.

Quiet Hours: Respect quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. During these hours, please keep noise levels to a minimum to ensure a peaceful environment for both guests and neighbors.

Lights off: Please turn off the patio lights at night when not in use.

Pets: There is a pet fee of $50. Pets are allowed on the premises but should never be left alone outside or inside. This is for the safety of your own animals. There are deers, bears, and wild cats in the area and they roam freely in "their" backyard. NO pets on furniture or upstairs. Must pick up after your pets.

Respect for Neighbors: Please be considerate of the neighbors and refrain from excessive noise, especially during nighttime hours. Park vehicles only in the driveway.

Prohibited Activities: Engaging in illegal activities, the use of illegal substances, or possessing weapons within the property is strictly prohibited. Any behavior that may cause damage to the premises or pose a risk to others is not allowed.

Damages and Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Report any damages or accidents to us promptly. Guests may be held liable for repair costs or replacements if necessary.

Check-In and Check-Out Times: The access code you will be given will only work within the timeframe of your reservation. Please adhere to these times to ensure smooth transitions between guests. If you require flexibility or have special arrangements, please communicate with us in advance.

Security and Safety: Please ensure the security of the property by locking all doors and windows when leaving. Familiarize yourself with emergency exits, fire extinguishers, and other safety features provided. Report any security concerns to us immediately.

Shoes Off on Carpets: To help maintain cleanliness and preserve the quality of the carpets, please remove your shoes when walking on carpeted areas/rooms. Absolutely no shoes on the stairs or upstairs. The mudroom located right when you enter the cabin is meant to store all your footwear. Wearing indoor slippers or socks indoors is highly encouraged when inside.

There is no smoking of any kind allowed inside or outside of this home. Evidence of smoking such as burns or oder, will result in a minimum charge of $1,000.

The cabin is located in a secluded area which is home to animals and insects such as bears, birds, squirrels, raccoons, ants, spiders, flies, bees, etc. It is common to come across these in the wilderness and during your stay. Please do not feed wildlife, it is against the law. Please do not leave food unattended and leave no trace of garbage, trash, etc.

If you were approved to bring a pet or trained service animal, please pick up after them. Any stains or damage to furniture will result in a fine of $100/stain and a fine of $1,000 for furniture repair/replacement.

Please do not use bathroom towels to wipe up spills, please use the rags provided in the laundry room.

Do not pitch a tent or otherwise camp outside.

Open flames outside of the outdoor firepit and barbeque are not approved and are subject to fines of $1,000.

The entire home is run on a septic tank. Please only flush the toilet paper provided and do not flush any other items in the toilet. If the septic is clogged during your stay, a fee may be incurred based on the findings of the plumber.

We have security cameras located around the exterior of the home. Parties and unaccounted for guests are prohibited. If guests are found to have had a party without the host permission which results in an extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for the extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
