The home is configured to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across two levels, featuring a master bedroom on the second floor with a king bed and a second bedroom also on the second floor with a queen bed. For additional guests, the first-floor living area includes a queen sleeper sofa. The property features one full bathroom with a tub/shower combo on the second floor and a convenient half bath on the first floor.

• Requirements: Primary guest must be 25+ with a valid ID and a signed rental agreement prior to arrival
• Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets allowed with no weight restrictions. Fees for 1–29 day stays are $100 per pet plus a $50 cleaning fee; for 30+ days, fees are $300 per pet plus a $100 cleaning fee.
• Parking: Guest parking is available in the complex; boat trailers must be attached to a vehicle and park street-side only.
