• Primary guest must be 25+ years old and stay at the property
• Please remove shoes while inside the unit
• Quiet hours begin after 10 PM
• Fees for lost items: Pool key ($50), Ski locker key ($100), Parking pass ($100)
• Please dispose of excess garbage in designated bins upon departure
• Note: Guests must climb stairs to access and navigate the unit. Current exterior building work in Sierra Lane may result in construction noise or temporary scaffolding on decks.
