Both rooms include wardrobes and dressing tables for your convenience.

⚠️ No Smoking - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and in all common areas. A €100 fee will apply for any violation.
⚠️ No Parties or Unregistered Guests - Parties, gatherings, and the presence of guests not included in the reservation are not permitted.
⚠️ Quiet Hours - Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
⚠️ Cleanliness - Guests are expected to keep the apartment neat and tidy throughout their stay. An extra cleaning fee will be charged for excessive mess.
⚠️ Check-Out Time - Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.
⚠️ Damage Responsibility - Guests are responsible for any damage to the apartment or its contents not reported at check-in, up to the full cost of repair or replacement.
⚠️ Key Loss & Locksmith Charges - Guests are responsible for all keys provided. A €100 fee per lost key applies. If keys are lost outside office hours (6:00 PM–9:00 AM), we can arrange a locksmith. All locksmith costs are the guest’s responsibility and must be paid directly or via the Airbnb Resolution Center.
⚠️ For same-day bookings, the apartment may be ready later than 16:00.
