This cozy and bright home is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The interior boasts a recently remodeled space, including a high-end kitchen with granite countertops and a modern bathroom complete with a stand-up shower. The inviting living room provides panoramic ocean views, making it the perfect spot to relax and recharge.

While the suite itself is a sanctuary, guests have access to the extensive facilities of the Boardwalk Resort Main Tower:

Located at 23rd Ave N and Ocean Blvd, this suite puts you in the center of everything. You are just 1.2 miles from the shops and restaurants of the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade and 5.6 miles from Myrtle Beach State Park. Popular destinations like Broadway at the Beach, the Convention Center, Nascar Speed Park, and various nightlife and dining venues are only minutes away. Myrtle Beach International Airport is conveniently located 4.3 miles from the property.

To ensure a seamless arrival, the suite uses code locks for the doors; access codes are sent on the day of check-in by 4:00 PM, bypassing the need for a front lobby visit. Parking passes and pool wristbands will be waiting inside your suite. Please note that check-out is at 10:00 AM. The unit is privately managed; therefore, all requests must be directed to the management team as the front desk cannot assist with reservations.

House Rules and Policies:

• Pets are not allowed (only suites at Patricia Grand accommodate dogs).
• Starter items (toilet paper, soaps, trash bags), linens, and towels are provided; additional items are available for a small fee.
• Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided but can be rented from lifeguards on the beach.
• Mandatory evacuation orders result in a full refund, but inclement weather in other areas does not. Travel insurance is highly recommended during hurricane season.
