This property is truly a dog owner's dream, situated on 2 acres with a path leading to a shallow brook for playtime. To welcome your fur babies, the home provides a complimentary baby pool for summer cooling, a relief station, dog crates, and a cot for both indoor and outdoor use.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the home is fully equipped for a comfortable stay with a fully stocked kitchen, a cozy living room with a TV, and a lovely private outdoor space. Guests can enjoy a gas grill, patio furniture, and a firepit for unwinding under the stars.

Located approximately 1 mile from downtown historic North Woodstock, you are minutes away from great restaurants, breweries, and shops. The home is also just 0.5 miles from the White Mountain Motor Sports race track; guests can enjoy the nostalgic sounds of race cars and the Cafe Lafayette dinner train whistle echoing through the valley. The area is an ideal base for visiting the White Mountain Central Railroad, Loon Mountain Resort, Cannon Mountain Resort, and the various attractions in Lincoln, NH, including skiing, ziplining, and a water park. Short drives will also take you to Franconia, Sugar Hill, Bethlehem, and Littleton. Outdoor enthusiasts can explore the iconic Kancamagus Highway, go river swimming, kayaking, or search for moose and bald eagles.

• Access: Entry is via the back porch door. The front door utilizes a Schlage smart lock with a keypad. A lockbox is available on the side porch, and the garage is accessible via a keypad.
• Important Notes: The driveway is gravel and very steep; AWD or 4WD vehicles are a must. The home features seasonal AC units in the bedrooms. Please note that the fireplace is currently inoperable. Landscapers visit every two weeks and may be present during your stay.
