The fourth bedroom is located in the newly finished basement, providing a private retreat adjacent to a large Rec Room and foosball table, complete with its own separate TV area for guests to spread out.

At the heart of the home is a wonderful chef's kitchen with a huge island, formal dining area, and a breakfast nook. This large, comfortable, open, and bright space is designed for togetherness, with enough room for 17 people to sit comfortably in one area. The main floor also features a cozy sitting area perfect for morning coffee and a large family room equipped with a huge wrap-around sofa, flat screen TV, and a dedicated workspace with a printer.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property. Step out from the kitchen onto the newly built deck and sitting area, which leads down to an over-sized patio featuring a large dining area, grill, and hammock for ultimate relaxation.
