Sleeping arrangements include a Master King Suite complete with a large walk-in robe and ensuite, one Queen bed, and two singles. Additionally, the home office provides a single bed with a trundle; please note that these can be configured into a queen bed if requested at the time of booking.

The heart of the home is the open-plan living and dining area, which flows into a fully equipped kitchen featuring a stunning stone island benchtop, ideal for family gatherings and meal preparation. The space is enhanced by fully screened stack sliding glass doors that lead out onto a spacious verandah overlooking the Lily Pad Pond. Here, guests can choose their favorite outdoor area to relax in the hammock or enjoy a morning beverage on the outdoor lounge.

For those bringing gear, the double lock-up garage provides secure storage for surfboards, SUPs, or kayaks, and also houses an extra fridge for added convenience. The property is air-conditioned throughout for your comfort. All linen is supplied, so you only need to bring your beach towels.
