The layout is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate up to 4 guests. Sleeping arrangements consist of two bedrooms, each featuring a king-size bed: a master bedroom located on the first floor and an additional bedroom on the second floor. The home is completed by one bathroom.

Inside, the heart of the home is a well-equipped kitchen, where you can prepare delicious meals to be shared at the stylish round dining table. Step through the kitchen's back door to enter a secluded private walled courtyard. This outdoor oasis features a quaint, cosy undercover snug area equipped with two chairs and blankets, creating a lovely spot for relaxing in the late afternoon sun or enjoying alfresco evenings during the warmer months.

Located in the town centre, The Neptune puts you within a few minutes' walk of independent shops, supermarkets, and local eateries. For those who love the outdoors, the Thames path is just minutes away, providing a scenic route for walking to the picturesque town of Marlow.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Dogs are very welcome, though they must not be left unattended at any time. An additional charge of £30 per pet applies.
• Accessibility: Please note that the stairs to the first and second floors are steep and not suitable for elderly guests or young children.
• Parking: The house does not have on-site parking, but free road parking is available within a 1-2 minute walk.
• Environment: Being centrally located, some noise from the surrounding area may be expected.
• Policies: A £300 damage deposit is due prior to arrival. Payment terms are 50% upon booking and 50% due 30 days before arrival. Guests may cancel free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival, after which the rate becomes non-refundable.
