Guests are required to present passports or national identity cards for immigration authorities. For check-ins between 16:00 and 20:00, there is a 30-minute waiting tolerance. For check-ins after 20:00, failure to arrive at the scheduled time may result in the loss of the first night's reservation. Pets are not allowed.
