For sleeping arrangements, the property offers 3 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds (King, Queen, and 2 Twins) and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. All sleeping areas are provided with linens and pillows, and bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and essential bath amenities.

The heart of the home is the stunning rooftop deck, which provides front-row seats to the sunrise, sunset, and harbor activity. This outdoor oasis features 360° panoramic water views, a fire pit, string lights, and comfortable lounge seating. To make your beach days seamless, the property includes an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and a gas BBQ for alfresco dining.

Located in Silver Strand, a hidden coastal gem situated between Malibu and Santa Barbara, the neighborhood is perfect for those seeking a quieter escape. The wide, uncrowded beach is ideal for surfing, swimming, and long walks. Nearby Channel Islands Harbor offers opportunities for fishing, whale watching, and kayaking. Guests can enjoy local favorites like Café Zack and Café Nouveau, or explore the neighborhood restaurants and the weekend farmers market.

Practical details include a check-in window from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles, with one dedicated garage space and three additional spaces in the driveway; please note that street parking is not available on Melrose. Pets are welcome with a $25 per dog, per stay fee.
