This private, motel-style suite features one bedroom with a queen bed and one full bathroom with a compact shower. The living room includes comfortable seating and a sofa bed that can accommodate up to 2 additional guests when needed. The space is equipped with a TV, dining table, and a compact kitchen fully equipped for basic cooking with all the essentials including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster.

Key amenities include WiFi, free parking on premises, private entrance with keypad for self check-in, heating, and a patio area. The suite provides all essentials including bed linens, towels, hair dryer, and shower toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Additional thoughtful touches include board games, portable fans, and barbecue utensils for outdoor cooking.

Please note this historic property has some quirks that add to its character - WiFi speeds are limited in this remote mountain setting, and you may encounter the occasional wildlife visitor as part of the greater Eastern Sierra ecosystem. The property is located 500 feet from June Lake's edge, separated by National Forest buffer zone. During winter months, snow chains are required and Tioga Pass closes seasonally from mid-November through mid-May.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. For safety, exterior security cameras monitor the property grounds. Pets are not permitted in this suite, though pet-friendly options are available elsewhere on the property.
