A few things to note about the space: When leaving the unit, please pull door towards you and hit the “lock/unlock” emblem to ensure the door locks securely.

There is a green laminated parking permit on the refrigerator. Please put this in your car where it is visible. You can park anywhere in the lot except the area directly in front of the building entrance or the walkway to the building entrance. It is very important that you return the parking permit when you depart. If I must order a replacement, I will be charged by my HOA. I will deduct the replacement pass cost and a processing fee from your deposit.

There are 3 boot trays in the closets, please use them for wet or muddy shoes and boots to protect the floors.

The key for the hall locker is on a hook behind the front door. Please store your skis and snowboards in this locker.

This unit has a Smart TV’s so you can stream Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc.

The heat in the unit is radiant baseboard powered by a boiler in the kitchen closet. The thermostat is by the hall.

Help yourself to the laundry. Please do small loads so the machine will not be overloaded. Please leave the washer door open so the tub will dry completely.

Please follow these Cedar Creek Condo rules to avoid fines from the HOA: Quiet hours are 10pm – 8am Do not leave anything in the hallway or outside the building. Smoking is prohibited in the building AND on the property.

The trash dumpster is located on the South side of the parking lot in a small building. More garbage bags are available under the kitchen sink.

The free ski shuttle picks up on Sitting Bull Road across the street from the condo. There is a shoveled pathway to the road in the Southwest corner of the parking lot. The shuttle picks up in the parking lot across the road, runs on a regular rotation from 8am – 6pm, and will bring you to and from the resort.

The Skyline bus picks up by the Cedar Creek Condominium sign on Moose Ridge Road.

Check Out Instructions: Please strip the bed sheets and place by the washing machine with any used towels.

Please return the parking permit to the refrigerator.

Please return the hall locker key to a hook behind the front door.

Please start the dishwasher with any dishes used, there is dishwasher detergent under the sink.

Please take your trash to the dumpster.

Turn off all the lights, lock the windows, close the blinds, turn the thermostat down to conserve energy, and lock the door behind you.
