The property is thoughtfully divided between a main house and a private dependance, accommodating up to 6 guests. The layout includes 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 beds. In the main house, guests will find a cozy living room with a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a large, comfortable dining area. The sleeping quarters here consist of one double bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds, supported by two bathrooms. The separate dependance provides additional privacy with one comfortable double room and its own private bathroom equipped with a shower and bidet.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this estate. Guests can enjoy an external kitchen overlooking a large patio with a table positioned beside a secular tree. In front of the house, another large outdoor area with sofas and a table creates an ideal setting for breakfast while admiring the wonderful sea view.

Located a short distance from the town of Licata, the villa is perfectly positioned to explore the province of Agrigento. The surrounding area is rich in history, from the majestic temples of the Valley of the Temples to white Mediterranean cliffs and Arab architecture. The local coastline varies from sandy beaches in the east to dramatic rocky cliffs in the west, complemented by the region's famous wineries and almond groves.
