Pets are not allowed. Tourists are kindly reminded to provide a clear copy of their passport and visa or B2 entry ticket before arrival per legal requirements. For stays longer than two weeks, a brief inspection of critical systems will be scheduled. Our team is available for non-urgent concerns until 5 PM (excluding Shabbat), while urgent utility or safety issues should be messaged immediately via the app.
