The owners personally manage the property rather than working through a rental agency, ensuring personalized attention to your stay. Your rental includes a Trust and Safety Fee that provides up to $3,000 coverage for accidental contents damage and up to $500,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury. This fee is only refundable if you cancel your reservation in writing at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival.
