The spacious, open living room and kitchen are perfectly set for gathering, while the large covered deck provides the perfect spot for enjoying the outdoors in any weather. Additional bathroom facilities include 2 brand new full bathrooms with showers on the lower level plus a small bathroom and outdoor shower.

Your lakefront experience includes private beach access and lake access just 200 feet from the front door. The property offers excellent fishing for trout, bass, perch, and Kokanee right from the docks. Water activities are abundant with provided kayaks, plus a boat slip for your convenience. The grounds feature an open grassy space for field games, multiple fire pits, outdoor dining areas, BBQ grill, hammock, and outdoor furniture for relaxation.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals, from cooking basics and dishes to a dishwasher, stainless steel oven, coffee makers (both drip and Keurig), blender, and toaster. After a day on the lake, grill your catch on the outdoor barbecue. Modern amenities include WiFi, central air conditioning and heating, TV, and in-building washer and dryer access.

The beautiful Okanogan area provides endless outdoor adventures beyond the property. Explore hiking and backpacking trails, ATV adventures, or winter snowmobile touring. Visit the nearby Sinlahekin Wildlife Area spanning 14,000 acres, discover ghost towns, or venture to Canada just 30 minutes away to explore the region's approximately 100 wineries.

Note that Spectacle Lake is a reservoir that begins to drop by late July but remains generally accessible from the docks through early September and via boat launch through October. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. Pets are welcome, EV charging is available, and free parking is provided on premises.
