• Accessibility: The unit is located on an upper floor accessed via stairs; please note there is no elevator.
• Pets: Pets are allowed. Please indicate pets on your reservation. A one-time $100 pet fee per stay applies. Undisclosed pets will incur additional fees.
• Beach Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome on the beach anytime after Labor Day. From May 1 to Labor Day, dogs are permitted before 10:00 AM and after 5:00 PM.
• Requirements: A signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,000 security hold (pending transaction) are required. Alternatively, guests may purchase an optional non-refundable damage waiver ($42 for up to 10 nights; $2 per day thereafter).
